At Crunchy-Fashion Rakhi, we aim to make your jewellery shopping worry-free. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or unsuitable item, our policy allows easy returns.

Return Policy Return within 7 days of delivery.

Steps to Return Email info@crunchyfashion.com or connect via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Keep original packaging, tags, and invoice intact. Send securely to our warehouse. Damaged/wrong items qualify for pick-up service. Non-damaged returns should be sent to: Crunchy-Fashion Private Limited, H-101, First Floor, Noida Sec 63, Uttar Pradesh, Pin-201301 Notify us with order ID, Waybill Number, and courier details. Refund updates shared within 15 working days.

Order Cancellation Cancel anytime before processing by email or phone. If shipped, wait for delivery to return within 7 days.

Exchange Policy Contact info@crunchyfashion.com or +91-9410050306 within 7 days.

Return Conditions Items must be unworn and in original condition. Failed quality check may void return.

Custom Orders No returns or exchanges.

Refund Timeline Refund after quality check confirmation. Unsellable items returned back with no refund. Details shared via email within 7 days.

Refund Method Issued as store credit via gift card (no expiry).

Return Pick-up Limitations Pick-up only for damaged/wrong items. For other cases, customer ships to: Crunchy-Fashion Private Limited, H-101, First Floor, Noida Sec 63, Uttar Pradesh, Pin-201301 Optional pick-up available at INR 80 per order, deducted from refund/store credit.
